I’ve been really enjoying the kia connect features, not $200/year enjoying, but enjoying, nonetheless. I just completed a 5-hour, mostly interstate driving, and experienced a vibration i didnt feel on the test drive. That being said, my free 1 year sub expires on march 31 and i had heard that some folks get emails or something from kia offering discounted subs, but, as of today i’ve seen nothing. Maybe not even borderline, just plain dumb. This network problem appears to be more prevalent in the rust belt. · kia seems to have backed off on their previous language warning of horrific consequences if you dont update with the car running. The vibration creeps in once the car has been at the same speed for a few miles (usually on cruise control). When enough oil builds up in the baffle it should cause enough pressure on the rubber seal to push it down out of the way and allow the oil to drain. I don’t want to end up having a dead battery in a heavy traffic condition on a. · kia is smart, they make the throttle very touchy so you want to buy the car when you test drive it, and so it doesnt feel like the engine is struggling to move the suv weight, thats fine. Surely issues are near nonexistent? But if you want good mpg you have to pretend there is an egg in between your foot and the pedal.
